Our God is a good God! If you know Him and love Him, you’ll likely respond with a hearty, “Amen!” Yesterday, today, forever—He is a good God. On our best days, on our worst days—He is a good God. When we understand life’s circumstances, when we don’t understand—He is still a good God. He never changes. This thought-provoking message challenges our perceptions of being 'good' and aligns them with God's perfect standards.
Discover the gap between our actions and God's flawless nature, and learn how true integrity emerges from aligning with Him. Now, you might know of the goodness of God, but do you really know what it’s like to “taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8, NIV)? Just think about the difference between knowing about something and experiencing it for yourself. When you taste or see something, it isn’t just something you’ve heard about or believe—it’s something you’ve experienced. You can testify to its truth.
The goodness of God doesn’t come and go with the seasons. He is always good. He desires to bless you, heal you, deliver you and prosper you every day. Jesus said, “I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows]” (John 10:10, Amplified Bible). If you’re not expecting and experiencing the fullness of the blessings of God in every part of your life, it’s time for a change—it’s time to learn how to taste the goodness of God with these purposeful steps.

2. Believe You Will See the Goodness of God
“I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” –Psalm 27:13 (NKJV)
If you want to taste the goodness of God, you need to believe you will see the goodness of God in your life. It’s not enough to believe it exists—you need to get to a place where you’re expecting it. And you cannot see the goodness of God unless you believe He is a good God who gives “every good and every perfect gift” (James 1:17, KJV) to those who love Him. Let’s set the record straight: God is not holding back any good thing from anyone. “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him” (1 Corinthians 2:9-10, NKJV). He has things in store for you that you’ve never even dared to imagine.
