Christian Warriors United Ministries and the Global Mission of Prayer Warriors Unite
Christian Warriors United Ministries & C. W. U. Online Ministry operates with the core mission of "Equipping The Saints of God for Warfare". The ministry seeks to unite the Body of Christ through intentional prayer and dedicated spiritual study. As noted by Doreen Charette, IAOG National Prayer Coordinator, the goal is to see 1 Thessalonians 5:17 established within every person, encouraging believers to “Never stop praying.“
The Prayer Initiative
In 2016, Rev Gerrit Apperloo, along with his wife Elizabeth, in partnership with the Pentecostal/Charismatic Churches of North America, began the Prayer Initiative in the Independent Assemblies of God. It was with a desired heart to raise a nation to a deeper level of intentional and deliberate prayer, to build up “Houses of Prayer” within every church. We are coming to a place where we need to unite. Therefore, from here on in we’re calling ourselves “Prayer Warriors Unite”, as God gathers the people of prayer across the nation to stand united and move in a corporate manner.
This initiative is a call to action: “Calling Prayer Warriors to awaken, to unite. That you would feel un-still — no more satisfaction in complacency.” It is the desire to see every person come back to the heart of worship in seeking God’s face, His wisdom, and His solutions for every challenge, circumstance or goal in life both personally and corporately.
Events and Services Schedule
The ministry provides regular opportunities for teaching and intercession. "Bible Study with CWUM", officially began on January 22, 2024, and the ministry has since partnered with Diane Burns Ministries. Classes and prayer sessions are scheduled to ensure unceasing engagement.

For Intercessory Prayer Night, participants are encouraged to submit prayer request's no less than 24 hours prior to, or during the LIVE. While there are no guarantees that all requests will be read during the broadcast, the ministry gives their word that they do pray over all requests.

These tools are designed to help every member of the Body of Christ, as every member is essential to the work of the Ministry. Through these efforts, Prayer Warriors link arms in prayer, supporting one another as they build His kingdom together.
